Returns


We are sure you will love your new product(s) but, if for any reason, you feel you need to send it back, please do not return product(s) to us without contacting us first, we do not accept liability for any items returned to us without authorisation. Contact our customer service team at info@spensify.com or email using our contact us form.

To return any non-customised product(s) please do so within 30 days (from day of delivery) and we will be happy to refund the money, please note that by 'refund' we mean the purchase price of the product. The delivery charge will not be refunded as this would have been paid to the courier for the services rendered.

Return postage and packaging costs are non-refundable. Please keep proof of postage in case it gets lost on the way to us. Please ensure return product(s) are in their original packaging and returned in the same condition that you received it.

If your order has already left our warehouse for delivery to you, unfortunately we can’t amend the order. Please follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

Amend Your Order 
If you'd like to add product(s) to your order, change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please email our customer service team at info@spensify.com as soon as possible. Please have your order number ready to quote where possible.
